Not a hotel. Not in a city centre full of distractions. Somewhere with a kitchen, a forest, and people worth having dinner with.<br><br>So we rebuilt an old stone school in the <strong>Galician mountains<\/strong> and called it Das Nest. <em>In German, why not?<\/em> Because people (like our swallow neighbours) pass through, work on their stuff and usually return.
